Ebb&Flow, a 598-home best-in-class BTR development, has been shortlisted for the British Homes Awards 2025 in the category, Regeneration Scheme of the Year!

Ebb&Flow was conceived through a joint venture, Lincoln MGT, who alongside a passionate team of local designers and advisors, have created a development that surpasses recognised standards of BTR developments not only close to London but across the UK. The Vawdrey House was bought in as the operator of the scheme to inject Native Communities' signature values to the interiors of both the apartments and communal areas.
